Attic Renovation, Residential
A couple commissioned me personally to design a solution for the lack of closet space in their home. Connected to their master bedroom was an unfinished attic storage space. The couple's original intent was to use the tallest part of the storage space for the clothing rods. After careful consideration and a few sketches later, I was able to convince the couple that the best way to utilize this limited space would be to store the clothing on the sloped-roof side to allow a spacious walkway through the closet. This would allow for more accessible storage. The couple agreed. The husband, who is 6'4", was relieved that there was a spatial arrangement available to best utilize the steep incline of the roof and prevented years of unnecessary head-banging!
Facade Redesign, Residential
A local couple personally sought my design services to redesign the front facade of their house after discovering water damage in the exterior walls. Since the entire exterior facade needed to be replaced, they had the opportunity to update the drab appearance of their home. Since they had a hard time visualizing how a combination of stucco and field stone would add texture and dimension, I produced several realistic design schemes in a digital format.
By changing the stucco color to a brighter and more crisp yellow, the house comes alive and becomes exponentially more inviting. A large window added to the first floor filled the blank facade more appropriately as well as let four times more light into the kitchen. The couple loved my suggestion to use stone in the center of the house to break up the monotonous looking cubes. A frail-looking post on their front porch was replaced by extending the stonework down to the concrete porch. Finishing details such as a keystone arch above the doorway and accents around the windows gave this facade the additional details it needed to look like a brand new home. The couple was very satisfied with the end result and so were the neighbors! Owners of an identical home across the street are making plans to start their own facade renovation to mimic this one.

COMMERCIAL
AAA, Lehigh Valley
One of my favorite projects to date is a local AAA office that sought our architectural services. This building needed to be completely gutted and renovated. The idea was to transform the many separate offices into one highly functional open space. With the use of rich and vibrant interior finishes, departments were visually distinguishable. My contributions to this project: Architectural Drawings, Lead Interior Designer, Final Acting Project Manager

Hunterdon Medical Center
In efforts to help our long-standing client visualize the impact of the new Linear Accelerator addition, I constructed a 3D model and merged it with a previous 3D presentation we composed years earlier of the initial building structure we built for them. Below is an interior 3D image of the proposed Linear Accelerator, complete with artwork and interior finishes.
Langhorne Pain Management Center
One of our clients was interested in the possibility of adding awnings to his building facade. Using a 3D modeling program I was able to assist our client in envisioning the end result.
